Every year, the Romanian government offers full-fund scholarships for non-EU citizens in coordination with its Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Romania Government Scholarship is offered for bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees.

After receiving the e-mail confirming acceptance of the scholarship, the applicant must apply for a Romanian student visa. This visa is issued according to the duration of the study.
